Zine Layout
Below is a zine I put together which addresses a form of growth and decay regarding a social issue. The decay of natural human alone time and community connection sans phones and the growth of internet subcultures through phones.
I have showcased the final JPEGS saved from photoshop that made out each pages layout. After realigning the pages for printing, I printed copies of my zine also shown below.
I enjoy mixing media in my layout designing. I often will hand draw elements like the text used in this zine or this speech bubble or these yellow stars. I also stuck analog by using things like scrabble pieces or vintage TVs. This highlights the matter of media convergence which is also relevant to my zine's topic.
